Our Mission & Vision
Vanguard STEM Academy (VSA) is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization established by Ms. Ashley Delpeche. Moreover, It is comprised of two parts: The Individual Coaching Program (ICP) & The Academy.
INDIVIDUAL COACHING PROGRAM (ICP)
The Individual Coaching Program (ICP) is an integral component of Vanguard STEM Academy, and it is in charge of delivering all of the essential guidance and mentorship for subjects or domains that branch out from business and career coaching (interview preparation and resume revision), English, mathematics, and science.
We designed ICP for all age groups, particularly those who do not match The Academy's admissions requirements. If you are a young professional, an adult, or a student (elementary, secondary, and college) in need of aid to pass a course, support with writing an important paper, lack interviewing skills or need resume revision, we can help. THIS PROGRAM IS FOR YOU!
THE ACADEMY
An eight-month, fully-funded after-school STEM program that educates students about science, engineering, and mathematics methods and applications through mentorship and hands-on projects. We also touch on financial literacy basics through the study of topics such as money management, stocks, and data analytics.
Admission is by application only. In addition to what is studied in class, students gain experience in formal writing, presentation, and networking through annual field trips and conferences.
Next generational leaders are being shaped and self-assurance is being bolstered thanks to our efforts!
